Furrion Rear Camera Replacement if I already have a monitor...?

The RV we're getting is prewired for a Furrion Rear Camera (see picture), but I see these all come with a monitor.

I already have a nice-sized monitor built into my double-din stereo system in my truck. It accepts an RCA video plug.

Anyone know if there's a way to convert this Furrion Rear Camera input into accepting a standard camera that I can broadcast to my stereo display?

What's behind this bracket??

Just a wire behind the bracket. I am not sure of how you could do this with furrion. I tried with other wireless camera but they performed poorly. I did not find one that could cover the 30' distance besides the furrion. I only tried 2 and they were both low end.
