Glow Plug

Well here I am outside Glacier National Park, glow plug number 8 is gone. Long way from Warsaw,NC. I think this makes about the fourth glow plug to go. I think I'm going to let my dealer replace the other 7. What would you do? I told DW I thought it was time for a trade to a Silverado dually, my 12 3500 has 78,000 miles. DW said only if I wanted to go back to work, fat chance on that day

There is a service bulletin out that allows dealers to replace all of them on the 2011s under warranty and I think it covers the 2012s. I would call a dealer out there and see if they can help you out.
I think the bulletin came out summer of 14, but I could be wrong on that. I just know that they replaced all 8 on my old 2011 and that was after they already replaced 3!
It's worth a call and a few hours at a dealer since you are headed up north!!! Never know!
Good Luck!
