High Wind

I have a 31' Rockwood Ultralight FW, 8286ws that I am towing with a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, 6,6 diesel. My concern is, when does it become unsafe to tow in windy conditions? Is there a "recommended" wind speed which dictates that one should not be on the highway?
Thanks for your comments.
