Husky Centerline Hitch

Any one have any real experiance with the Husky Centerline? Just purchased a TT and purchaed husky CL. Seems to be very stout, and similar to Equalizer with the exception your TV has to be within 5 deg of the tounge centerline, no angled hookups. This might proove to be a problem in certian places I am a bit concerd about a few things on this hitch.....there are spring assemblies or cylinders that "Force" the trailer in a straignt line by exerting pressure on the spring bars from the hitch side. A number of complaints about those assemblies having issues. Time will tell. I intend to do a write up as the unit see's some use and give others feedback as we go. It appears to be much beefier than the EQ from what I have seen and I felt very good about towing our new Coachmen home.

I have a husky 16k, I have never had a problem hooking up on a slight angle. You are right it is built very well, make sure you do not high hitch, you will drop the unit. I have learned to ride up on the JAWS......hope this helps

High hitch is a term connected with fifth wheel hitches and refers to getting the king pin above the clamp jaws of the hitch. This does not apply to your original post as you are asking about a bumper or receiver type hitch.
