The videographer drove next to them to get the side view. At that point I would have kept going to stay in front, maybe keep recording with a clock display to catch the disaster when the trailer eventually came off. Maybe sell the recording to the plaintiff's attorney.

Hopefully, just record the look on the driver's face when the HP shows up before the accident actually happens.
