I really don't see what the problem is here.

I was pulling my motorhome with my Chevy and this cop pulls me over.. then I start seeing these articles all over the place. I was like.. hey! That's me!

Here is an example:.

https://tfltruck.com/2020/10/no-way-...-on-a-highway/

I really don't see what the problem was. The State of Kansas is going to hear from my lawyer!! This is slander!!

You should have covered it with unsecured garden tools and ladders. Those things are obviously police repellants.

My guess was that the issue wasn't so much with the trailer, motor home, or tow vehicle but with all the safety measures. Towed vehicle probably needs brakes that work in concert with the towing vehicle. Maybe trailer was overloaded.

This is something I'd expect to see farther into "Redneck Country":

"Git 'er done"

As someone who is from "Redneck Country", I'd say I'd take redneck engineering any day over what's going on in your neck of the woods

Note how my location is NORTH of Seattle, up where most Rednecks live in this state. I refuse to even drive through Seattle anymore and take the long way around on I-405 when going south.

I’d do the same.

I’m getting ready to move further south from the DC suburbs. Need to be closer to my type of people. People that value campers and bass boats.

Y’all come on down! We rednecks (notice the proper grammar, thus you don’t have to be worried about the language barrier) are happy to welcome you. You can bass fish in our lake, here in Fleahop or anywhere else around our area lakes- Martin, Jordan, Weiss, Logan Martin, the list goes on!

I see you're from the original east Mississippi. We're probably kin.

I dont notice any riots in the streets here in Redneck land..........Cant say the same for the Left Coast or the North East and Midwest .

I don't think bashing one part of our nation by someone who seems to feel superior is a good idea. Particularly when you live in a glass house, those stones turn around pretty quickly.

If it seems like I took offense at your statement, it is probably because I took offenst to your statement.

It’s the water out west causing all the problems there. Seems like any state touching the Pacific Ocean is having a lot of problems. At least us rednecks down here don’t need a passport in order to drive out of state.

Better Idea . . . Avoid KS

I've heard all my life that the cops in Kansas were "revenuers." We used to drag combines through Kansas and they always had the most restrictive weed and seed inspection and cleaning requirements which forced us to meticulously clean our combines. As my grandfather used to say "Wonder what they do about all those seeds comin' over the borders in the bird dung!" So, the point to this story is to avoid Kansas if you can. But if you do make sure you blog about avoiding Kansas so they'll get a clue their sales tax revenues could be higher if they weren't such butts about collecting fines and writing citations.

Nope, most rednecks live either in eastern Washington or over on the Olympic Peninsula where I live.
