Install WDH with TV and TT fully loaded or not?

I'm brand new to this site, so please forgive me if this has been discussed previously.

We just purchased a 2021 Rockwood Mini Lite 2205S with tandem torsion axles. The dealer installed the WDH (Andersen No-Sway). The trailer towed nicely on our 100+ mile trip home albeit both the SUV (2017 Ford Expedition with HD towing) and the trailer were empty of any extra cargo.

This got me thinking.....

Is it best to initially install and adjust the WDH with both the TV and TT loaded per travel plans or should both TV and TT be "empty" of cargo? I'm thinking of the initial WDH installation - i.e., having both the TV and TT on a level surface, leveling the TT by measuring front and back frame to ground, measuring ball and receiver heights, etc.

Thanks much for any help!

Setting the hitch with everything fully loaded and ready to go is the best way to do it. The tongue weight will change as you load the trailer so the hitch, as set up by the dealer, will not be at it’s best.
