Being a Navy veteran, I was used to referring to ships as "she" so it carried over a bit to my vehicles. I usually just say my "truck" but I also call her "Betsy"

Our SUVs have no names, we call them Palisade and Sorento. Their gender is "girly girl".

We also have a sailboat; her name is "SweetP". The power boat and canoe have no names.

The 2010 Suburban is called Apu. Our Nissan Murano is called Gregor. My 2004 Silverado was called Jessie, my 97 Silverado was called Ed, and my 91 Cheyanne was called Elk.
