Lacrosse

I have a 3500 chev duramax dually and might buy a 37 ft lacrosse soon. wondering if a WDH would be needed. I won't tow until next winter but the tow to home might give me a clue. Fifth for 20 years and guess it would be better but????.

I would say yes, with a 37ft TT. What does your truck's owners manual say? The towing section should when a WDH is recommended.

I did look but seems most smaller truck would be overloaded. I was 22920 combined lbs towing the alpenlite but a bumper pull is different. chevman

I would think a 37 ft trailer likely has higher than 1200lbs tongue weight. My 37FT Lacrosse had 1400lb tongue weight .

Class V hitch max tongue weight is 1200 lbs.

So, yeah, Im thinking you will probably need a WD hitch.

I liked my Lacrosse. Just needed to buy a bunkhouse because I have my grandkids with me.

Didn't have any real issues.
