Legal?

I found this interesting. DMV stuff.

How stupid is your lawyer?

I carry a 1 million dollar floater on my rv policy.

If I have an accident with awful consequences, the lawyer would have to work hard to declare me negligent. Not easy to do or explain! Not a route they take often I suspect. .

Then maybe I go to jail for a while. The insurance company would bail. 0 settlement for a negligent.

I would expend most of the family fortune defending myself. You cannot get blood from a stone. My family would be broke. The family I damaged gets buttkiss. A lose, lose.

So the lawyer gets a million or almost nothing?

Since you hear little about this I suspect it does not happen often.

Might be wrong. I am not an attorney.

The use of that example about the boat is one of those hail Mary’s. Not relevant even a little. An unacceptable reference.

Fantastic in engineering terms. Yes, I went to finishing school. They taught us not to use bs as a comment anymore. Fantastic!

I think this proves both of you guys sides of this. Prior to @2017 or so the ONLY difference was the rear springs. Now its the rear differential and springs. The new specs do prove that your can get the F250 SRW with the same specs as the F350 SRW.

All this aside, my local dealer also has two nice Puma 5th wheel TH's 40'. The specs are in pic below. So to all the weight door jamb police, please tell me how these trailers are too much for my HD spec F250.

As long as it's registered and insured for the higher GVWR it will also be legal.
