Triple towing is legal in some states. There's usually an overall length limit. However, I also think that you can't two two things with towbars. Usually triple towing is a pickup with 5th wheel, and then a tow bar for 3rd item.
There are lots of folks smarter than me on this subject whom I'm sure will weigh in shortly. In the meantime, do a search for "triple towing" and you'll find a lot of past threads.
