I have the AMP step, it is awesome, several friends have purchased one after seeing mine.

I have two of the AMP Bed Steps, one at the bumper and the "BED STEP II" behind the cab mounted at the front of the bed. I use this when I need to access the air bladder for the TrailAir pin box, or any thing in the front of the bed of the truck when my 5er is attached.
