noise from pullrite superglide hitch

how much noise do you get out of your pullrite superglide hitch i just noticed when i stop at a stop sigh and then take off i,m getting a load clunk
i have checked the stop nut adjustment and it looks to be set tight
just wondering if any body else has much noise

You need to do a periodic adjustment of the hitch. See page 12 of the owners manual below. FYI you'll need a 1" open end wrench. Takes 5 minutes.
