Smile PACBRAKE

Wanted to share this. Just had a PACBRAKE installed on my 2006 Dodge Ram dually, 4x4, Cummins, auto with 3.73 rear, 8' bed, 92,000 miles.

Also had head studded.
Our new 2019 CC 36CK2 with truck weighs in at 22,260 (water/waste tanks empty).
This was a challenge to stop this rig. I can't begin to tell you what a difference this engine brake is! This kicks in and its like a hand or vacuum is sucking the rig back. It is wonderful! I go downhills and hardly ever touch the brakes, this PACBRAKE holds it back. Additionally it automatically downshifts from 4th gear to 3rd gear further adding braking power. Should have done this years ago with my 2006 36' heavy Hitchhiker.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AN ENGINE BRAKE!
Just Saying
