According to the guy we bought it from, the importer, he has the frame upgraded during construction, a made to order, using thicker steel (6mm sq tube rather than the std 3mm), more corner gussets are welded in, (both to add strength for Australian roads, we don't have smooth, polished, wrinkle-free roads like you guys), left side door conversion, Australian standard gas and plumbing piping and electric wiring (that one is a laugh, the wire type and colour coding used is about 10 years out of date here).

The awning is fitted here, after the vehicle is registered. From my understanding, it is because it adds an inch or two more in width than regulations allow, so we keep quiet about that one. He kept the 110v fan/light by installing a 110/240v transformer just on that circuit. I gather from looking at website pics, ours is a mirrored version of the standard floor plan, bedroom slides out on the road side, rear ladder is on the passenger side.

So, either these are special builds for right-hand drive places or the transporter mixes up the pixels on the way through. Might have a chat to Scotty about that.

I tend to believe they're specially built for right hand drive countries. Too much to modify after it's assembled. Everything needs to be reversed after the fact. That would double the price? Then add in shipping.

A pic from when I pulled our 5er from the side of the barn to the inside of the barn. When it came back from FR from getting some repairs it was parried outside and I had a new truck, so I have towed with my new dually for a couple hundred feet. I cant wait till camping season.

I can see where the 2 center axels will decrease PW. A semi trailer with the wheels near the rear is much easier to back into a space than a TT or 5er. Unsure how those center tires will react when in a tight backing situation competing against the rear axels. I'd like to try it though.

Center wheels are odd, I assume to help with weight. How does it handle on any turn?

It doesn't have two sets of wheels. The 53' foot trailer is just resting on the guys goose neck trailer. That's why it looks like it has two sets of wheels.

That is frightening..

Looks like a smaller trailer under the semi trailer since it is now a bumper pull.. 1500 should have that covered..

It's a hotshot tandem axle dual wheel gooseneck trailer rated around 25-30k#s.
I can't imagine the guy going far like this and it more than likely was a local one time short move, if I had to guess.
