I do. Never lacks for power. However the biggest hills it tested have been Black Hills (IA to SD) so nothing too challenging. Still it goes effortlessly at 60+ on the highway. It definitely out performs my dad's similar f150 with the v8.

2017 Titan SV pulling 2017 Grey Wolf 25RL. This is a relatively light no-slide floorplan ... loaded weight about 5,600; hitch weight 650 lbs; trailer length 27' 9". Pulling with a Husky TC Center-line hitch.

My 5.3 did well with mine just under 7K LBS up some 9% grades in NC 6% with ease. I would not like anything heavier.

I just got a nee GMC Sierra 6.2L with max trailering package. I am going to pull same camper in 2 weeks up Black Mountain on I-40 in NC which I have done a few times with the 5.3L I will see what the extra 100 foot pounds of torque do for me.
