Yes they are. My travel trailer sleeps 6-8 people. It's a bunkhouse design. It's just my wife, 3 kids, a dog, and I. The trailer is big enough for my family, so we can talk to each other without yelling. I also own the trailer free and clear, I have the title.

Ready for first 3 hour drive. Went very well. Truck and trailer (35 ft ) towed with no white knuckles.

The bigger they are...

The less people they sleep comfortably.
