I've had Power Strokes pulling 35' fifth wheels pass my V10 gas F250 like I was sitting still while I was doing 70 pulling my 27'. Just because you can pull it with a smaller vehicle doesn't always mean you can keep it under control in an emergency situation.

No Control Issues...
Does not have a short wheel base.
Has the same performance as any F150 or more.
If you don't drive like an *******... You should be issue free with any vehicle.

Sounds a bit like a 7th graders discussion here. "My dog's bigger than your dog." Buy what you like, or the cup holders your OH likes.
I've pulled a 15' West, with a '63 Falcon Futura 6 cyl. 144 CID on our honeymoon (48 years ago) at 45 MPH, level land, no wind, thru the Smokey Mtns., to now pulling a 40' Sanibel with an '08 Duramax crew LB SRW. Only prob in all those years, a blow out on the Sanibel, GY Marathons, replaced with Sailun 14 PR tires.
Have A Great Day!!!, and, A Great, Safe camping season.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Just saw one at the dealer a month ago. It looked nice all blacked out. Then I saw the price and backed away. I could of bought a new crew cab diesel dually and have money left over for the price of that thing. Ouch.
I just checked and it looks like they still have it and lowered the price from what it was. Still way high.

Here's waiting for the next ferry in Cape May.

I saw the ones like you saw and did run away...$62,600 was the highest sticker they had...ouch! You never get a good deal, but the one I got was the least amount of pain for the budget. DW likes it so as long as she's happy...
