Does anyone have any great options for an extended warranty or if I even need one? Our trailer only came with a 1 year warranty. Thanks

On Interstate 70 between Vail Colorado and Green River Utah, stopped for lunch. We were ultimately headed to the Grand Canyon via Bryce Canyon and Zion.

Traverse hitch limit = 600 lbs. 26BH DRY hitch weight = 570 lbs. Could be as high as 908 lbs, plus weight of a weight distributing hitch.
Given it's a bunk house, I'm assuming you've got a wife and a couple kids. So add maybe 500 lbs for passengers. Your payload is probably around 1500 lbs (mine's 1501 lbs).
I wasn't happy pulling a Roo 19 (~4100 lbs loaded; GVWR = 4770 lbs) with my Traverse.
Good luck. Strongly suggest you stay in Florida; away from any hills.

By the way I’ve enjoyed every bit of my endeavors while my wife has been pregnant hell she prob got pregnant on one of the trips we made.. we finally parked at 38 weeks so she could have our little one which she is now 6 weeks old. We will hopefully be hitting the road this weekend and of course doing it all with a small truck and fifth wheel. Definitely if you feel comfortable pulling your TT with your traverse enjoy it while you can I’m sure it won’t be your last vehicle. Just ensure you keep all maintenance on your vehicle. Like bearings and transmission fluids you get the jist... just remember when you travel, travel to see things not set land speed records.. also follow keep your daydream on you tube they are very inspirational. this was the last trip we made. Now We Have been getting the itch to be back on the road.

We have the standard WDH with the single bar Sway. Seems wok, haven't used it with out it.
