No one except RamManMN asked the OP what is the expected or required loading of the truck cab and bed or even factored this weight into their discussion. If I missed someone then apologies. It's quite probable a 1/2 ton would be OK for this TT, unless the truck load is too great.

In reading thru this thread my mind keeps going back to: I don’t know where you are going to find any worthwhile truck for 15to20K that I would do more than close by trips with.

I just bought my second RAM hemi and the cheapest I could find with under 100k miles on it was $26K. With 43K miles on it……so I bought it.

I still have my old truck with 205k miles on it if you’re interested. I would be in your price range!!
