Question for Centerline TS owners

I've had my hitch for about 3 years now and it still pops and cracks every time I go on a trip. Just curious if any other owners have the same issue or if it is possibly my setup is wrong. This is my first and only weight distribution hitch so I don't have anything to compare it to. Thanks in advance.

Many times the hitch noise heard is coming from where the stinger fits into the receiver (mine does this) The stinger is slightly smaller then the receiver witch under certain conditions allows small movements of the stinger which makes noise.

Mine only makes noises on hard turns, I.e. Pretty much right angle turns in traffic.
I just try to keep in mind it is doing its job as designed
