Question for Husky Center Line TS owners

I have the Husky Center Line TS distribution hitch and have been very happy with it up to this point. I upgraded trucks late last year and have the ball height set to 24" (like my old truck) however I've noticed a lot more popping coming from the spring bars. I also noticed it's a little harder to get them hooked and unhooked even with the trailer/truck lifted pretty high to release the tension. I'm wonder if there are any issues if I lower the spring bar cradles on the actual trailer by one hole? Would this reduce the tension and popping noise without harming the performance of the setup? Tried to follow the directions in the book that was given to me by the dealer who installed it on my old truck but not much helps so I figured I would turn to the forum since you guys have not let me down yet. Thanks in advance for your advice and feedback and hopefully my question makes sense.

Sounds like you might have the right idea. I would go to the website and download the manual and start from scratch. Could also try calling them and see what they say. I have heard they have good customer service support

I downloaded the manual for mine bought used shortly after getting home. It appears my dealer tech did things right
I won't attempt to tell you how to adjust your WDH over the net. The manual is written well on how to set up the hitch correctly.
They are noisy suckers! But mine works well.
