‘18 PowerWagon!

Though the drivetrain is 2500HD, payload is much lower due to spring rates designed for articulation!

I run airbags and WD hitch to pull my toyhauler!

I pull my 30' toyhauler with a 2014 Ram 2500 w/6.4 Hemi, 3.73 grear ratio with great ease using an Equalizer WD hitch. Never an issue in winds of 40 MPH nor climbing hills. Have zero interest running an expensive oil burner and paying high maintenance costs.

I don't care for leather seats, and got the SLT Big Horn. It has all the power convenience features I need and does a great job towing our trailer in comfort.

I remember there was a time I'd be happy with just cruise control and AC.

Be comfortable!

If you like the all the electronic wizardry, Cummins Power, whistles and bells then get it. If the "payload" is short of what you need then move up to the next larger class truck.

Asian 6sp transmissions are awesome and are bulletproof which is why you get a higher output engine in the 3500 class. Payloads are up in the 5400 and up range. Don't sell yourself short making a striped 2500 do what a loaded 3500 can do.

Keep the rubber side down!
