There are regional differences in incentives. But I never look at 1-2 year old used trucks with low miles. They hold their value too well. If you know how to shop and watch the incentives you can buy brand new for almost the same money. I paid $44 and some change for my 2015 F250 SCrew 4x4 6.7PSD XLT. Drove it for 2 years and put 30K on it and traded it for $38K(And I know how to trade- negotiated my new first and THEN brought up the trade, so this wasn't an inflated trade in value offset by a much too high new vehicle price). It probably sold for $42K +/-, within $2K of what I'd paid 2 years earlier. But I bought when incentives were good and the dealers needed to make some sales- got it for a little over $13K off of MSRP.

Oh I checked New first, there was about a 6K difference for roughly the same truck.. The ford did have a better radio setup however.. It's just a territory thing. I'm sure some place the Duramax is the best deal and the other two are outrageous.

Dustman you are right! The stickers were almost exactly the same. I may have hit them at the wrong time. I also traded in a Ram Ecodiesel. And maybe that was the issue but here is the pic of the two.Click image for larger version
