Real Air Suspension for HD trucks

Anyone ever thought of putting a real air suspension on the back of their HD truck? Got to thinking of an article I saw on TV a bunch of years ago after seeing all the people putting air bags on their trucks. Check this stuff out.

I looked at a couple of full front and rear systems, but total price was going to be something like $5k.

I recall that member 'transamz9' has done this conversion on his truck...don't know if he used the same supplier though. I'm sure he'll provide more info if you're interested.

The only thing I have left of the factory rear suspension is the rear axle. I love it and would do it again in a heartbeat. Mine is the AirBagit 4 link towing suspension.

I didn't pay this price either.

Conti,airlift,ridetech,towing kits

The sasks the autoflex suspensions are a real nice system we are actually a dealer for them. We live in Shaunavon. We don't keep any stock as they are an expensive system but very nice and most people will not pay that much when just a set of air bags is much cheaper. The benefits are great, unloaded ride is amazing.

I have contemplated them on the trailer. It may make the unit last a bit longer, who knows.

I have a couple friends that added the airbags and absolutley love them. They bought the kit and installed themselves. When I researched kits on-line they were very reasonable.

My factory suspention with the trailer package works just fine so I doubt I'll add them on this truck.
