Rear bumper scrapes

Hey all,
Just returned from our second trip with our NTU tt.
I changed the hutch shank and it needs to be readjusted as it rides a bit low in the rear and not level.
Even if it were level, the rear bumper and spare tire scrape going outta the dump station and in the driveway. Seems if the road is not level, it will scrape. Don’t see any solution for it. But the old camper works well and is a nice step up from the popup.

A picture of the two hooked up would help.

Off handed guess is the springs may need to be rearched.

Good thought.
I am going to adjust the wdh bars. I think if i raise the bar higher, that might lower the rear?
