I have 8289ws Rockwood. I put airlift bags on F150 lariat and they leveled out the truck. But when disconnected from TT the rear suspension very stiff with 5lbs in bags. Notice it mostly when going over speed bumps.
F150 pulled ok in NC mountains but not sure how it will do in the Rocky Mountains. Looking real hard at upgrading to a F250 diesel Trying to make the cost and fuel mileage make since. I got 10.9 mpg with v8 pulling around Bone nc and back home to Hatteras. Any insight from others pulling with F150’s. Thanks
Not sure if I should have started a different post. Kind of new to this forum.

A new part would be better....
Your weight distribution/anti sway system would level the truck out if it's sized and set up correctly. I can put my 28' trailer on the 2019 F150 with 1675 payload rating on and then apply the weight distribution and the front axle sucks back down and the rear comes back up to within an inch or so of empty.
If you need air bags, your likely running your WDH to loose or you may not have it at all.
Note that my 289TBSS is advertised around 715 lb tongue weight by the manufacturer and I'm scale verified at around 1,600 lbs with no food, drinks, water or clothing.
So consider your spring bars, I'm going to guess that you don't near enough preload on them or they are simply not strong enough of spring bars.
Air bags are really a bad product for most folks because they overload the rear axle, make front steering axle light and dangerous.... And then they go as cheap air bags to punch the rear of the truck up into air and they think that they solved something. They didn't solve anything aside from visually hide the fact that the truck is horribly set up with the trailer.

Tommy,
Are you running WDH at all right now, or just busting the rear height with air bags?

I installed timbren on my Eco boost, Sumos on my Tundra started putting aircells on my 1 tons. Easy to install on my F350 even easier on my Ram Dually. I installed driver side 13 year old daughter did passenger. That said not sure how easy bumpstops are to access

TT stands for Travel Trailer.
I own a F150. You need to start your own thread, instead of hijacking this thread about a Ram 1500.
You'll need way more help from others, since you're using a F150 to tow a 5th wheel.

I am towing a 31' 2019 Cherokee Grey Wolf 26DBH 5700 lbs Dry, 750 lb tongue, with Reese 49903 WD and sway. We really don't load much when on the road. Camp Chairs, Food, Rugs, Tool box, planks for leveling and clothes.
Since last October we have been out 7 times and I have noticed more sag. I brought the WD chains up to the recommended length, 5 links. Still sagging, and I have noticed alot more bounce since the beggining of the season. I would like to replace the rear shocks with a heavy duty shock or adjustable shock.
Would you be able to give me some recommendations. Done research on the Rancho RS9000XL, Monroe Air and others but not sure what is the best.
Sorry so long but wanted to give you all the specs.
Thank You in advance! John

It looks like you got some good info but I'll add.
Good friend at work wasn't happy with the rear on his Ram with the trailer hooked up. He bought (and installed himself) new coil springs of a higher rating and adjustable Rancho shocks...He's happy with the upgrade and said it didn't harsh up the ride much.

Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System
2017 RAM 1500 Quad 4x4 5.7 3.92 10,400 lb max tow capacity,I was having saging & bounce issues towing my 27' 5th wheel 7500LBS , so i installed a Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System and they greatly improved the ride, went from about 2 1/2 " of sag to 1/2" reduced bounce and increased stability, when not towing does not affect ride quality. PS: installed them myself in 30mins with a floor jack & some wood blocks. real happy with Timbren Rear Suspension helpers
