Self Imposed Hitch Failure!

Several Frog Members witnessed a "Reese Select Plus 20,000 #" that the "Owner" Inserted 1 bolt on Each side through the Bottom Hole of the Top U-Brackets! This allowed the "Complete Plate /Lock Assembly" to Rotate and MOVE Forward and Backward on the LEGs! It was simply "Smash Clamped" by tighting the 2 bolts, they did NOT go through the "Leg Holes"! It was used/towed this way for 2,700 miles! Took a LONG Time to Unhook at the Rally! Legs were bent! He/They used a Sledge Hammer on it for Quite a Long time, they were Satisfied with the outcome! Youroo!! No Pic. as didn't want to Embarrass!
