Sidewinder Wedge

Last Friday had my first issue with the universal wedge on the Sidewinder. I checked for stock for the one need, none available on line. Called my trusted local dealer. First words when i asked about the wedge "I don't know how you managed as long as you have, we send out sidewinder hitches with brand specific wedges" They had the one I needed in stock, I went in and purchased said wedge this afternoon and the parts guy mentioned the same thing.I really could not believe this. They sold me the trailer and installed the hitch in my truck.

The dealer doesn't realize it but any future business is lost.

I will be putting my new wedge on tomorrow night and we should be good to go for our first trip of the season next week.

They only sell Sidewinder Hitches BTW new!
