Small EV Pickup

Having spent a couple of decades 25 miles from a store or cellphone signal to our current home where our longest trip most of the time is three and a half miles to HD on the edge of town, I'm leaning towards an EV to replace my Yukon XL. I want cooled seats, excellent AC for our desert heat and light towing capabilities for occasional 100 mile round trips. Basically an electric Ridgeline. Is there anything being built today that fits the bill?

No, unless you build your own or buy a home built one. The first EV pickup is not even out, but it should be the Rivian followed by the Bollinger. Then there should be an electric F150 and then the Tesla Cybertruck or the next Hummer. All of them are big, bad, and expensive. The smallest is probably the Rivian and that may be the least expensive if you want 4wd and quality for the $7500 federal tax credit.

As Hersbid said, No.
As stated there will be some upcoming but definitely not like a Ridgeline and will be very expensive.

Although certainly pricey, the Tesla Model X might fit your needs until an actual EV truck hits the market. It is rated at 5000 pounds towing capacity. Saw one at a campground that towed in a small Airstream. There is also lots of room inside the Model X with the back seats down and cargo capacity around 1200 pounds.
