Some Tow Bounce

So we are on our 2nd weekend camping with our new 282QBXL. Has towed very well, no issues on highways or main roads. Problem comes on back/uneven roads, the truck constantly feels like its bouncing. Truck is a 2019 F150 with 11000 miles so I doubt its my shocks. Could this just be the way its going to be? Could my equalizer 4 point need readjusted? Id think about installing air bags or something but dont know if that will help.

installing shocks on the trailer would certainly help. But yes most trailers can get bouncy especially when the trailer out weighs the truck

That's a 33' TT being pulled by a 1/2 F150. I'm not surprised, I own a F150 and I would NEVER tow that long of a TT.
You're going to need better shocks than OEM and look closely at your WDH and payload capacity of the truck.

All that has been checked and within the payload range. What shocks would you recommend for the truck?

Bilsteins
Not sure if airbags will help. I added Sumosprings to my F150 but that was to help with rear sag.

Agree with dan above. Try Bilstein’s first. Airbags might help but start over on the equalizer adjustments. Air up bags first then start on equalizer instructions (ps I had six washers on 1400) don’t sacrifice highway drivability for off road comfort, you might just have to live with it.

I put Timbrens on my truck. No sag or bounce. Air bags will not stop the side to side sway and other issues could pop up after years of use. Less than hour to install yourself.
