I installed the Blue Ox Tru Center steering stabilizer. It allows you to readjust the center while driving and does a great job of dampening the wind effects of big rigs passing, etc. My son and I installed it ourselves in a couple of hours. Not too difficult.
There are several different units out there and you will hear different opinions. I think they are all about he same - just personal preference and price. I got a great deal on my unit on eBay and jumped on it. $590 - that was the reason I chose the Tru Center.
