swapping spring arms, Equalizer hitch

If one gets a different trailer can you just purchase new spring arms of the correct weight to use with your existing hitch head?
Do all spring arms fit the same?

The hitch head will have to be replaced to match spring arms.

When I bought the new TT I had a 6K equalizer, the dealer gave me 250 towards a 14K equalizer. You might ask

Another advantage to the Blue ox sway-pro, the head is the same, just change spring bars when you change trailers or loading.

If you re talking about the true 4pt Equal-i-zer, you can't switch bars.
If you're using the term Equalizer for a regular WDH, you might be able to change bars.

If it's a equalizer hitch, go to their website and the have a contact tab on top. Fill out info and they will email you back. Might take several days due to the Xmas weekend.
