YES!

Quiets the thing down and reduces wear. When they wear out buy new ones. Much cheaper than new brackets.

My opinion on those is: If it's quieter and reduces wear, then it's doing so by reducing friction. By reducing friction, you are reducing the effective operation of the sway bars as they were originally designed. Just my opinion.

I have them and like having them. I have no concerns towing with them with our setup.

The jackets do wear out and will eventually need to be replaced. Mine are going on two years and will need to be replaced after this year if not sooner.

I will probably have 20k on them though.

I use the jackets and willing to trade less sway control for less noise.
