Thumbs up for Reese WDH

I have a Reese SC WDH with 800lb trunnion bars. The bars use brake pads in the saddles they rest in to act as an integrated sway control. It works great except the dealer had a new guy install my hitch last year and these pads wore prematurely. I called Reese and they are sending me new saddles with new pads installed free of charge. I was very impressed with the tech support and service. Just wanted to share a positive experience with all of you.
