Tire Pressure 2018 Chaparral 336TSIK

I have constancy st235/80r16 tires on my 5th wheel. The tires originally came filled with nitrogen and I keep them covered year round.

I am in the process of winterizing the trailer and have a question about tire pressure. The sticker on the trailer shows 80 Psi as max cold pressure.

Do I need to fill my tires to 80 psi or use a lower pressure? If so, what is the recommended pressure?

I feel you should fill your tires to the cold pressure rating on the sidewall of the tire. JMHO

i had the Constancy tires on my2016 palamino toy hauler. perfect wear . just put on a new set of Dominator tires from Southern tire here in texas. only 1 of the Constancy tires started to split on the inside tread , 2nd row. air to 80 psi. cover them and check in spring. i would have gone back to Constancy but not readily available. check your lug nuts i had 8 cracked up the side. they are Lionhead brand most likley and they arn't warrantied by lion head . rep says over torqued at rv build plant so they arn't there responsibility. the Lug Nut Guys get about a 1.00 apiece for them on line. they are 2 piece lugs i went with solid lugs same look, no outside shell to crack off. if they seperate it is a hard removal process , so check them now .

Why the sidewall instead of the placard?
