To air bag or not

As only a second year TT Camper, I'm curious about adding air bags to my 2012 Ram 1500. I pull 2014 Coachman Freedom Express 248 RBS, with a dry weight of 5447 lbs. I use a weight distribution with sway control from Curt. When hitched the trailer sets as level as it should, and I don't get any sway when moving. My concern is that when I load the bed of my pickup with firewood and other needed items, I do notice a little bounce when towing. The air bags are advertised as assisting with that bounce, so my question is, do they do as advertised, or should I invest my Camper funds in something more profitable?

I had the Air Lift 60828HD Air Lift 1000 Heavy Duty Coil Spring Kit when I owned my 2019 Ram 1500. The main thing I noticed when using them is it took the “dolphin diving” out of the ride when I went over dips in the road. They do in fact take out much of the truck bounce. I think I paid 135 bucks for them and they were really easy to install.
