YMMV however I tow a 265RLDS (only difference is yours has the residential refer which adds 77lbs I believe). I pull mine with a RAM 1500. I weighed on CAT scale & I am a little over on total weight and rear axle weight (150) lbs or so. I have 4000 miles plus across flat plains with high winds over mountains etc. No "White Knuckle" experiences but I do make adjustments to my speed etc as circumstances dictate.

I know it opened recently but didn't know they had a CAT scale.
