Tow Bar with integrated brake.

I just bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado today and trying to figure out what I need to Flat tow it Can anyone give me any input on the Ready BruteElite ll RV towbar with integrated supplemental brake? Sold by NSA RV Products. I didn’t know that their was such a thing as a tow bar with a built in surge brake.To me it looks like the way to go.
