Tow Dolly tire pressure? Demco.

I have a used Demco tow dolly with 14 inch wheels. From what I found on Demco site they recommend 50 PSI. I just noticed a stick the previous opwner put on the wheels that say do not exceed 32 PSI? That seems low to me. What is the recommended PSI. The dolly is about 5 years old and rated at 3500lbs.

What does it say the max pressure is on the sidewall? I wouldn't exceed that.
