Tow vehicle tire question

Need tires for our 2020 Ram 3500 SRW. Anyone have info or an opinion on these two tires?
Yokohama Geolander XAT G016
Toyo Open Country ATlll

I have heard good reviews on both of those tires.

The main thing is with what you have typed is the Yokohama is an all terrain tire and the Toyo is in a highway tread, but I have not seen that HT one in a III designation.

Are you sure of all of this and the Toyo is not actually an AT III?

The Yokohama is 5 lbs heavier than the Toyo. Not sure if that should be a concern.

I am using Nitto Dura Grapplers on my 2008 Dodge Mega Cab truck. LT285/70R 17 (3750LBS@80psi, load capacity) I mounted them on my truck in 2015. With after market wheels and only use for the towing season April through Oct. The tires have a Highway tread design and are not as noisy as other tires can be. I believe the tires will age out before the thread is gone. In the winter I use Michelins tires and the stock wheel.

Nitto Dural Grapplers are offered in various tire size from 16'"to 22".

We have had the best luck on all our trucks (farm and personal) with Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S. They are very quiet but perform great and last a long time compared to other AT tires. You can also go with the LT or XLT.

The younger boys used to run Toyo and Nitto, but they just wear out too fast.

I had Yokohama Geo’s on my old truck and I loved them. And believe it or not they were very quiet.
