Towing a Jeep Wrangler behind my Salem TT

I know it is legal in my state of residence (Tennessee) and I'm wondering if I can safely weld a hitch receiver to the rear and pull a 2-door Jeep Wrangler. I use a y-bar and a 4-pin for lights.

It is not legal in VA and I doubt if it is legal in TN but............ ( usually the trailer has to be a fifth wheel to double tow).

But more important the Salem's frame will not withstand the weight of the Jeep and would definitely void any possible warranty on the trailer.
