Towing "MINI" with Isata3

Does anyone tow a mini with an isata3?, if so we need all advice we can have.
1) which is best dolly? We have researched, and American car dolly claims to have best option, but then there are others who also claim same such as Steil, tow max, ultra tow, demco, roadmaster...

2) someone told us, there are states the prohibit dolly towing, is this true?

3) does anyone own a tow dolly in south florida, and willing to rent it for a short test trial within florida, before commiting to buying one for our long 2 1/2 month summer trip?

there no states where towing thru the state with a dolly is illegal states do have differing registration laws for dollies.
