I understand why you can’t tow if they extend the frame, but then why does FR give you a GVWR and GCWR if you can’t COMBINE the motorhome with anything.

The GVWR is designated from Ford, as the chassis builder, and FR just repeats it on their sticker(s). Check the Ford sticker in your door frame and the GVWR listed will match on the FR sticker. Same with the GCWR...

When we had our 2390 I considered adding a Class 3 hitch but with FR's frame modifications there was no safe way to do it. At least for a reasonable price.
