Trail air tri glide trouble

Hi, Has anyone had a Tri Glide failure? I have a small amount of play in the lower jaw. Always properly maintained and gently used. Purchased from E-Trailer. Two months out of warranty. When I called E-Trailer they put me in touch with Ultra Fab. The distributor for the Lippert made Pin Box. I'm being offered a fixer lower jaw as a good faith gesture, because mine is out of warranty. Not happy with that. I could have bought a Flex Air with a fixed lover jaw. Which does nothing to reduce Chucking. Chucking is the reason for purchasing the Tri Glide. And it worked well, pricy but it worked. Now they no longer make the Tri Glide. They know it fails, not safe. Has anyone had this trouble? What was your outcome? If you have one keep an eye on it.
