Trailer brake control

Has anyone tried the trailer brake controls for swaying that controls only the trailer brakes from side to side to help straighten out of RV.there seems to be three or four different brands out there that does the same thing just wondering if they really work and which ones are the best.

Every TBC I know of, has a manual lever to activate only the trailer brakes.

They make control units that get mounted to the trailer that measure angles, movement, etc. and can activate left and right brakes separately.

Ive never used one, but im aware of their existence.
