Trailer GVWR

Forgive the newbie question but does trailer GVWR include hitch weight with full propane tanks and batteries or do I need to add the hitch weight, propane and battery weight to the indicated hitch weight?

2012 Roo 19 GVWR: 4770
Listed hitch weight: 370

The trailer GVWR is the max total weight of the trailer loaded minus the weight that is transferred by the WDH to the TV. The WDH goes against the TV.
