Transmission Fluid Temp

I recently installed an Edge Evolution programmer on my 2008 F150 5.4. I can now monitor my transmission fluid temp, but I don't know what I'm monitoring for. It's been running around 160 normal city driving. At what temp should I consider it getting too hot? When do I pull over to let it cool off?

Go to a Ford forum with people with like trucks and they will tell you the range that is good. I know my F-250, but I have a different engine, tranny...etc.

These guys will also tell you what they think of you Edge.
