Many W/D hitch installation guides suggest that a difference of .25"-.5" on the vehicles front fender well height between hitched and unhitched is the target number. Check your particular hitches install guide to see what they recommend but I think your in the neighborhood.
Then test drive it loaded as you would take it camping. To me, if it doesn't drive right, being at the recommended measurement doesn't make me happy. It needs to be both. If you get the measurement right but not happy with the ride, look at where you can move weight to to change your Tongue Weight.
Maybe full water tanks, Maybe half full, Maybe more of the heavier stuff inside the camper towards the front, maybe more towards the middle. And yes, since you have airbags, test them with different settings to dial in the ride to what you like the best. That's their main benefit.
