TV Hitch Problem?

About 7 months ago I purchased a Coachmen Calalina 30RLS.
Specifications are:
Hitch weght - 830 lbs.
Dry weight - 6800 lbs.

While attaching the registration sticker to my license plate on my one ton dodge dually, I noticed a black plastic connecter between the bumper and the truck, it states (just barely able to read) :
Max hitch weight - 500 lbs.
Max Dry weight - 5000lbs.

Question.... should I be concerned? Should I address this and have the hitch replaced? Am I just lucky after taking this unit on 4 trips with no issues?

That applies only if you put a ball on the bumper itself instead of using the 2" receiver and a drawbar, otherwise look at the receiver/ball specs.

That sounds like weight bearing numbers (no wdh) but with a wdh those numbers will go way up.
